We only collect what you type into one of our forms, plus basic usage data from analytics and our web host. Every form submission is sent to our team as an email. There is no customer database, no account system, and no payment processing on this site.
utm_source), and the first page you visited. The Fall Risk Check scores your answers entirely in your browser. Your answers are never sent to us or stored. The only thing that reaches our server is the sex and world region you pick for the global statistics panel, which we use to fetch public World Health Organization data and nothing else.
What we don't collect: passwords, payment or card details, health readings from any device (no MEND device is on sale), or your location.
The optional procedure date on the pre-order form helps us plan around when you'll need your order. MEND is not a healthcare provider or health plan, and our website forms are not a medical record, so information you send through them is not covered by HIPAA. Please don't send diagnoses, test results, or medical records through our forms or by email.
We do not sell your information, share it with anyone for their marketing, or use it for advertising or retargeting.
A few service providers process information on our behalf, only to run the site and deliver your messages:
We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) on every page except the Fall Risk Check. It sets cookies to measure visits — pages viewed, time on site, traffic sources, and when someone opens or submits one of our forms. It records the type of form, not what you typed into it. Google processes this data under its Privacy Policy, and you can block it with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
To tell us how you found the site, we keep a short note of your referring website, campaign tags, and first page in your browser's session storage. It stays on your device, is attached only to a form you choose to submit, and is erased when you close the tab.
We don't use advertising or retargeting cookies.
Form submissions live in our email inbox for as long as we need them to follow up on your pre-order, waitlist spot, or request, and we delete them when you ask. Google Analytics keeps usage data for the retention period set in our account, then deletes it. Vercel's request logs are kept only briefly under Vercel's own policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law, including data portability and, for EU and UK residents, the right to complain to your data protection authority. Email contact@mendmedicalwear.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The whole site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and form submissions travel over encrypted connections to our email provider. Access to the inbox that receives them is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
We'll update this policy before we take payment, open customer accounts, or launch any connected device, and whenever the way the site handles information changes. The effective date at the top always shows the current version. If you've given us your email for a pre-order or the waitlist, we'll email you about material changes.

By accessing or using mendmedicalwear.com or purchasing any MEND product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MEND Medical Apparel.
All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without notice prior to shipment.
Pre-orders: Pre-orders are currently offered only for MEND apparel (Comfort Wrap, Comfort Scrubs, and compression socks), which is not yet available for immediate delivery. By placing a pre-order you agree that: (a) you are not charged when you reserve — we will email you to confirm your order and take payment before it ships, (b) the estimated ship date may change, (c) we will notify you of significant delays, and (d) you may cancel your pre-order at any time before you pay, at no cost.
Regulatory pending products: The AirGuard™, MEND Pulse, and MEND Oxi are pending FDA 510(k) clearance. They are not offered for sale or pre-order, and we do not accept orders or reservations for them until clearance is granted. You may join a waitlist to be notified when they become available.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment information is processed securely by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers.
We ship to all 50 US states and US territories. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. MEND is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition and packaging. Compression socks must be unopened for hygiene reasons. Customized or embroidered items are non-returnable unless defective.
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@mendmedicalwear.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
MEND products are not substitutes for professional medical care. Our recovery garments, compression socks, AirGuard™ safety collar, MEND Pulse blood pressure monitor, and MEND Oxi pulse oximeter are consumer and medical-grade apparel and devices designed to improve comfort and reduce risk — they do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
The AirGuard™ is designed to detect a fall and alert your emergency contacts quickly — it does not prevent falls or guarantee injury will be avoided. MEND Pulse and MEND Oxi are designed to take and share readings with your care team — they do not replace clinical diagnosis. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for guidance on fall prevention, compression therapy, or post-surgical recovery.
The AirGuard™, MEND Pulse, and MEND Oxi are currently pending FDA 510(k) clearance and CE Mark. None are yet cleared or approved as medical devices in the US or EU.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MEND Medical Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If you've given us your email for a pre-order or the waitlist, we will email you about material changes. Your continued use of our website or products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The current effective date is always displayed at the top of this page.
